- Step One - New players are required to create a new stack sports account
- Step Two - Once new account is created, log in to account using your newly created credentials and proceed to select the registration event that pertains to you.
- Complete form entirely and select your preferred method of a payment.
- Existing/Returning players will use their existing credentials (username and password) and select the registration event of your interest.
Ways to pay your registration fees:
Payments plans - All Competitive registration fees are set up with 3 monthly payments using a Credit/Debit or eCheck options
If paying with eCheck will incur a $2.00 processing fee per payment
If paying with Check - Made check payable to CISA and mail to P.O 3436, Parker, CO 80134 (Include players name on memo line)

FAQ's
HOW MANY TIMES TEAMS PRACTICE?
Competitive team practices 2-3 times a week - Varies per team level of play.
Recreational teams practice 2 times a week .
WHAT EQUIPMENT DOES MY CHILD NEED?
All participants MUST have shin guards. Shin guards MUST be worn underneath their soccer socks. Soccer cleats should be worn for the older age groups U-7 and above. A properly sized ball for their age group and a water bottle should be brought to practices and games. No jewelry is permitted to be worn during practices or games.
WHAT SIZE SOCCER BALL IS NEEDED
A properly sized ball is based on age group.
U9 - U12 - Size #4 Ball
U13 or older - Size #5 Ball
HOW MANY GAMES ARE PLAYED IN THE COLORADO STATE LEAGUES?
Front Range League (Recreational Advanced Level) consist of 8 games per season.
Centennial League (Competitive Level) consist of two seasons Fall and Spring of 8 games per season.
Champions League (Competitive Level) consist of two sessions Fall and Spring of 9-10 games per season.
*****Winter and Summer leagues are add-ons and not included in the spring or fall registration fees.*****
WHEN DOES THE SEASON STARTS?
Fall season games start around the weekend prior to Labor Day and end around Thanksgiving (middle to end of November). Spring season usually begins the second week in March and end by prior to Memorial Day weekend.
WHAT PAYMENT FORMS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit card, eCheck, check, cash and money order. You can pay online when registering your child using a Credit/Debit Card or eCheck.
Mail Checks or Money Orders to P.O Box 3436, Parker, CO 800134 - Please write down your child's name on the check when mailing.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY REGISTRATION WAS SUCCESSFUL?
If you completed your registration successfully, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing you child's registration. If you don't receive the email, please email us at registration@cisasoccer.org
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, all families will have the option of up to 3 equal payments if registering for competitive full year program only using a Credit or Debit Card.
DOES CISA OFFER A FAMILY DISCOUNT?
Families with two or more players registered in a competitive program will received a $25.00 discount for second player and up.
**important** To receive the family discount at check-out, player's must be registered under same family account.
DOES CISA HAVE A SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM ?
Yes, CISA provides opportunities for all players to have access to youth soccer. We offer need-based scholarships while funds exist. Scholarship applications have a deadline and must be turned in by the deadline to be considered. Print and complete a form. email to info@cisasoccer.org - Go to page

REFUND POLICY
Families will qualify for a refund for the following reasons:
- A full refund will be issued to any family if the Club cannot place a player in a team before the start of the season. The same applies if the organization is not able to form a whole team for any reason.
- Partial or Prorated refunds will be issued to any family for the following reasons ONLY:
- End-of-season injury occurred in any CISA event or any medical reason that will prohibit a player from performing the sport of soccer. It is required to furnish an official doctor’s letter to the club director to quality for a partial refund within 30 days of the injury.
- If a player/family relocates more than 65+ miles away from the club home fields and it’s impossible to come to practice or games.
- Any proven financial hardship, loss of employment, long-term medical leave. Proof is required (ex: 1040 income tax, Proof of unemployment benefits, etc)
- End-of-season injury occurred in any CISA event or any medical reason that will prohibit a player from performing the sport of soccer. It is required to furnish an official doctor’s letter to the club director to quality for a partial refund within 30 days of the injury.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for a Natural disaster, any pandemic event, Acts of God, or any unforeseen event that will require the cancellation of the CSA leagues, school rentals, tournaments, etc.
- Conflicts with practice schedules, player loss of interest, Indiscipline actions, family-related conflicts etc., are NOT grounds for refunds.
- No refund, Credits, or Fee transfers will be allowed for any other reasons.
- A $75 administrative and registration processing fee will be deducted from the paid amount before a full or prorated refund being calculated for competitive registration fees.
- Each case will be reviewed after the end of the season. Refunds will be issued at that time, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Any refund requests must be submitted in writing with applicable documentation attached to Club Director Nelson Pinto to nelson@cisasoccer.org
