Success through Development

The mission of CISA Advanced Competitive program is to provide each player the opportunity to play soccer in a supportive and rewarding environment that emphasizes fun, enjoyment and skill learning at a level that fits his/her interest and ability, and to create a challenging environment for players who aspire to reach their full potential. 

• ​CISA develops and trains players from the U09 through U19 boys and girls age groups.
• CISA offers developmentally appropriate training that includes two/three team training sessions conducted by a professional coaching staff. 
• CISA has designed age group specific curriculum's that the coaches utilize in order to strengthen the overall player development of the club.

At the conclusion of each season the players within the Advanced Competitive program receive a written player evaluation that is completed by the head coach with the assistance of the club staff.

The head coaches are also evaluated during a training session and at the games in order to strengthen their knowledge of the game.
